Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by email at lylivingyoung@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (optional).

Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
- Products must be free from any signs of wear, stains, damage, or odors.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

Exclusions from Return:
- Worn, used, washed, or damaged products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Discounted or sale items
